6 Explaining the war in Ukraine - The Bolshevik response to the nationalist issue

Lenin had blamed WW1 on imperialism’s greed and in this episode in my mini-series explaining the war in Ukraine, I’m going to look at Lenin and the Bolshevik’s stance on imperialism when a number of the republics, with Ukraine to the fore, sought to assert their independence from the Bolsheviks, and what that might mean to the situation today.
